Wig is super soft and lightweight for summer. Not as thick as pictured on Amazon but it will work for any occasionThus wig was an excellent buy. The hair itself was soft and all 22 inches were present, there was no frayed or uneven lengths. The color is a natural(black) color. It does look good and I can see myself very comfortable sporting this color despite I was expecting a darker black tone. Glad I brought this wig, so go AHEAD sis and get it too.Hair has minimal shedding, takes color/bleaches well and is truly a kinky curl. You have to get the product combo right but that's the same for all curly hair. Curl pattern barely loosened at all after bleaching which was a plus for my needs. I wash every 3 days (or at least a good rinse) to limit product buildup and only add product after washing so I only actually style it twice a week. Day 1 is sleek and super defined, day 2 is voluminous and still very defined, day 3 is wild child in the best way possible, with a bit of frizz mixed with defined curls and volume. Each day i pin it up while in the shower and the curls are refreshed by the steam. Pics attached are day style days 1, 2 (AM) and 3 (PM). Ends normally dont look that bad on day 3 but I was wrestling with my guy before the pic lol. Products used are clumping curl cream gel from softsheen's Au Natural line ($6) and generic's knock off for Sebastian Wet ($7). Defined curls that are still soft and full of body. I dont use a lot of product but I'm sure if I did I'd get a full week of awesome hair without restyling instead of the 3 days I currently get. I do use a Denman brush and a diffuser on my styling days. Defuse just until hair is somewhat dry...no more than 80%. Not necessary but this does allow me to control how long the curls hang.
