Out of the box gorgeous in terms of cut, style MY HUSBAND who is accustomed to seeing me change my hairstyles rarely comments on my hair, he FLIPPED! LOVED it! Couldn't stop commenting.Photos show wig immediately out of the box and after lace is cut. They also show the hairline before and after hairline is plucked. I was not so adept at "melting" the lace into my skin, so I created bangs to fix THAT problem (a hot mess). But when I contacted the seller we negotiated a deal and I was able to order a second wig in JET BLACK, with darker lace and bleached knots. If you ask for all these things, they'll deliver.It's difficult to find a credible, quality seller these days who will work with you. I'm buying from these guys from now on. They made the experience worthwhile despite the problem with the color.I feel like this is that upscale, natural-looking, long-lasting wig you're seeking. Definitely what I was hoping for! If you take the time to customize, it will be undetectable as a wig.The seller is awesome. Very responsive, even at 9am CST!! I was really surprised about that. Not sure if Amazon will let me post the email, so that you can contact them to customize the color, but its [email protected] that doesn't work, the way to customize the color, go ahead and add the wig to your cart, complete the checkout process. Look at the screen carefully for "edit or cancel" this order, click that, on this page click "problem" with order, then there will be a drop-down menu for "product customization". At that point you will be able to request customization.I highly recommend this product and this company. The packaging is quality, sealed, includes a little gift and this wig is definitely worthy of the $139 spend on a 10", 150% density, FULL lace, bob wig that you can part absolutely anywhere. Actually I would have expected to pay more for this quality. I've spent a lot of time researching, buying, returning and wearing wigs. Trust me on this ladies.Does not look wiggly. A natural look. I love this wig some much I ordered a second one. I mostly wear it with its original out the box texture. I wash and condition once a week. This is a nice wig with modifications, but I paid a little over $180 for it and I don't think it is worth that much. A reasonable price for it would be around $100 considering it does not respond well to heat. Also, although it does work well with flexi rods, I have to use a lot of hair spray to hold the curls for the day. If I ride my bike, I don't bother using flexi rods at all. It'll blow out no matter how much hairspray I use.If only I could give zero star... received today 23/062020 after waited one month. OMG!!! I can not describe how shocked I felt as soon I opened the parcel . the wig is not at all as described, no human hair but cheap plastic wig, smelling bad. I put it right back in the plastic that it came in and straight away to write this review.This is the first time I have such a bad experience buy on amazon and so disappointed, before buy this rubbish I based my choice on the reviews that now I realise that there were written many years ago and the most recent reviews are all negative. after this experience my trust in amazon's seller lost 1 star.please do not waste your money this is a fraud.I WILL SEND THIS RUBBISH BACK AS I CANT DO ANYTHING NICE WITH.
