I wrote the below review and a couple weeks later, the company reached out to me trying to make it right. It means a lot and I appreciate the effort. My mom has not received the new wig yet but I do understand there will be deficiencies in somethings that kind of slip through the cracks. That’s very understandable. Again, I appreciate the company reaching out and basically saying, this is not how we operate and I don’t want this attached to our company’s name, so what do we need to do to make this right. I love it, that’s a wonderful business right there. More companies should take notes.This wig had 4.5 stars so I was like what a perfect gift! Luckily it was for my mother. She told me, “ I don’t want hurt your feelings, but girl don’t you ever buy me a wig from Amazon no more.” It was a hard piece in the lace on each side that we attempted to cut out (got most of it off, but couldn’t cut it all or it would damage the wig). The hair sheds horribly. You use the bathroom and get up, the hair is all over the seat. I am embarrassed that I even purchased a wig from here. I know not all vendors are the same, but this it my first and last wig from here. This vendor just messed it up for everyone. This was a gift, so just imagine how I feel giving someone a gift like this, very disappointed!This wig was soft out of the box. The blonde highlights were very blunt and the brown undertones were auburn so I dyed the undertones and fixed the highlights with bleach. Also the length was uneven around the wig so I cut layers. I had the wig for about 2 months before it started shedding all over the place and was too rough to wear/curl. But for an $80 wig, it was worth the hassle bc it turned out so cute!Hair is definitely worth the price. I’m 5”11 and I ordered 20 inch. Definitely true to size. After a good wash and wand, wig was definitely a cutie. I tried side and front part, both worked. Definitely have to bleach knots. Also loved the bag and lashes it came with, very cute. So if u thinking about getting this I would say go for it. Definitely soft. Sheds while styling but it’s not too bad and for this price, can’t beat it.Overall I think the color is what made me return. The lace was okay I could have made it work and the structure of the wig was solid. The hair was somewhat thin but in all honesty I would’ve order more density if it was available. The hair was incredibly soft. Not the colors I expected and not for me but I’m not completely against the wig. I think there was just too much blonde.This hair is super soft and true to length. I took a star off because it’s definitely not the same color as the description but it’s still very nice hair. When I got it done it was crimped which held beautifully but when I tried to curl it it didn’t last as least for me. Overall I do like the hair and I think I’m going to order black next time.Egh this wig was ok. It’s great if you have a lot of time to put in it, but if you need something to wake up and go nah. Kinda frizzy and didn’t hold curl well. Had a smell out the package. I purchased the honey blonde color, and maybe it’s the chemicals from the coloring. For a one time event I’d purchaseThis is a good wig if you’re on a budget. It’s regular lace but you can definitely make it look good if you bleach the knots and give it a good pluck. You’re not going to achieve a HD lace look but once again the lace isn’t terrible if you know how to doctor it up. The hair is great the lace closure is just ok. Like I said if you’re on a budget this is a very good wig.I love this wig! Knots bleached very well. Easy to install soft, not tangled up, nice parting space overal one of the best wigs ive gtten in a long time.
