Straight out of the box the hair was way longer than expected and did not look as pictured, so I had to trim both the bangs and the rest of the hair in order for it to be wearable. The way the hairs are sewed in, a bunch of tiny little hairs stick out all along the wig and it's most noticeable at the top where you can see all these tiny little hairs sticking out through the longer hairs so I had to take scissors and painstakingly trim them down. The hair at the very bottom/back of the wig is also weirdly stiff and I'm unable to heat style it, which makes me suspect that part is synthetic because it's also a rougher texture. Overall though it was cheap and my first time wearing a wig so I managed to make it wearable for a few months before it got too ratty. You definitely need to heat style this with a flat iron or something to make the hair do what you want and to lay flat on the top. It doesn't look natural where the hair parts on the top, and if you don't style it right you can see the base of the wig through the hairs but I just wore headbands to cover it up. I've since upgraded to a nicer wig but this one served me well enough for the cheap price I paid for it and me being new to wig-wearing. Would definitely not purchase this brand again though!
